All ReHome products go through a rigorous process of being cleaned and sanitised and/or repaired back to as close to their original condition as possible. Some items will have been refurbished with a new fabric or finish, giving it a new look and feel.The quality and description of work done to each item will be detailed in the product description of each product.

Our Koskela Returns policy includes all ReHome products purchased through Koskela. If, for any reason, your purchase doesn't meet your satisfaction, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt and opt for either a credit note or a refund to your original payment method. For products returned after the 30-day period, you can trade your item back in utilising the Koskela trade-in portal.
