We offer a carbon neutral, in-house Local Delivery service for Sydney metro customers within 20km of our Artarmon warehouse.
Before purchasing a furniture product please make sure we can get it into your home. We provide the dimensions and weights for furniture on its product page. Check these against the measurements for your doorways, stairway and/or elevator. We can only deliver above the ground floor if there is access to a lift, enough safe space access, or if the item weighs less than 75kg. Koskela can’t be held liable if your product can’t be delivered into your home.

The freight associated with delivering our products is carbon-offset via our courier partner, Shippit.
The important details:
- Flat rate $15; free for homewares orders over $150
- Australia Post
- Tracking sent via email from Shippit
- Orders dispatched within 24 hours of order placed (outside of sale/Christmas period)
- Orders are sent via regular post and are generally delivered in 2 business days for East Coast cities, 5-7 business days for the rest of Australia. Please contact us if you require express postage

NSW (outside 20kms of Artarmon, Sydney) and Interstate
Our small furniture items, which can fit inside a box are shipped with Australia Post or DHL. All other furniture is shipped with our selected delivery partners that offer a white-glove furniture delivery service. We want your furniture to arrive the same way it was dispatched, that's why we take extreme care when delivering, which means the cost is custom to each piece and calculated at checkout.

We want your art to share its’ stories and vibrance for generations. That’s why we take extreme care when dispatching, and use selected delivery partners.
The important details:
- Small Art - Flat rate $80, Medium Art - Flat Rate $150, Large Art - Flat Rate $200.
- Australia Post or Pack & Send, depending on size of artwork
- Tracking sent via email from shipping carrier
- Artworks dispatched within 3-5 business days from date of order
- Koskela Gallery pieces will be dispatched the week following the conclusion of the exhibition. Refer to the exhibition catalogue for the closing date.
- Artwork shipping includes insurance for damages or loss

We offer trackable international shipping only on homewares products online. Artwork, furniture, rugs and lighting are currently unavailable for sale outside of Australia. Please contact our retail team at info@koskela.com.au for any specific international requests.
All international orders are sent via Australia Post. You will receive tracking details regarding the status of your shipping, from dispatch to delivery.
Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse.
Please be aware, you may be liable for customs or duties taxes in line with those in the Country in which you reside. Koskela does not take responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed by your local government.

- Rest of world - $80.00 - Fragile Items:
- Orders under $200 is $80.00
- Orders over $200 is $150.00
We do not ship artwork, rugs, lighting or furniture outside of Australia.
Returns & Refunds
We understand that shopping online can be tough sometimes!
We accept returns on all full priced items, excluding Made-to-Order furniture, rugs, art and *social impact items. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your item/s within 30 days of receipt for a credit note or refund to your original payment method.
If an item is damaged/faulty, wrongly described or different from the style shown we will provide a refund or exchange. Gift cards are excluded from this policy.
Sale products and all Koskela Imperfects are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns for ‘change of mind’ are at the customers own expense ($10 returns fee will be deducted from your refund once your item(s) are received and processed by our dispatch team)
For International returns please use a reliable and trackable delivery service, as Koskela will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
*Social Impact products are items made in collaboration with art centres across Australia. These include our Tili Wiru, Kapu Minaral, Yuta Badayala, Yutta Dugitj and Gurrwilinywirriy Mundan lighting.

Please note the returns portal is only for domestic returns within Australia. For International returns please use a reliable and trackable delivery service, as Koskela will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
We do our best to ensure all items are quality controlled prior to dispatch.
In the case that something is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible at info@koskela.com.au and then lodge your return using the portal above. Please also include a brief description of the fault.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
If your original payment method was via one of our partners, Afterpay, Klarna or Laybuy your refund will be credited to your account.
