All online items are available for free 'Store Pick Up' from our Rosebery showroom. This service is available Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-4pm.
All orders must be collected from the side entrance on Dunning Ave. Same day pick up is available if you order before 1pm. Please allow a three-hour window from when you place your order to when you arrive to collect.
We ship with Australia Post, DHL and selected Furniture specialist partners. You will receive tracking details regarding the status of your shipping, from dispatch to delivery.
Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse. A further 1-2 business days for metropolitan deliveries, and 2-4 days for regional deliveries.

We offer trackable international shipping only on homewares products online. Artwork, furniture, rugs and lighting are currently unavailable for sale outside of Australia. Please contact our retail team at firstname.lastname@example.org for any specific international requests.

We accept returns on all full priced items, excluding Made-to-Order furniture, rugs, art and *social impact items. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your item/s within 30days of receipt for a credit note or refund to your original payment method.
If an item is damaged/faulty, wrongly described or different from the style shown we will provide a refund or exchange. Gift cards are excluded from this policy.
Sale products and all Koskela Imperfects are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns for ‘change of mind’ are at a customers own expense.
For International returns please use a reliable and trackable delivery service, as Koskela will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
*Social Impact products are items made in collaboration with art centres across Australia. These include our Tili Wiru, Kapu Minaral, Yuta Badayala, Yutta Dugitj and Gurrwilinywirriy Mundan lighting.

Please note for all 'change of mind' returns a $10 returns fee will be deducted from your refund once your item(s) are received and processed by our dispatch team.
Please note the returns portal is only for domestic returns within Australia. For International returns please use a reliable and trackable delivery service, as Koskela will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
We do our best to ensure all items are quality controlled prior to dispatch.
In the case that something is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible at email@example.com and then lodge your return using the portal above. Please also include a brief description of the fault.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
If your original payment method was via one of our partners, Afterpay or Laybuy your refund will be credited to your account.
