We offer a carbon neutral, in-house Local Delivery service for Sydney metro customers. Our team is on the road Monday to Thursday, dropping off orders within 20km of our Artarmon warehouse.

We offer free homewares shipping Australia-wide. The freight associated with delivering our products is carbon-offset via our courier partner, Shippit.

Furniture, Art, Lighting and Rugs Delivery: Local (within 20kms from Artarmon, Sydney)

We offer a complimentary, white-glove delivery service for furniture, art, lighting and rug orders within 20km of our Artarmon warehouse. We do the heavy lifting, so you can focus on enjoying your new space.

Before purchasing a furniture product please make sure we can get it into your home. We provide the dimensions and weights for furniture on its product page. Check these against the measurements for your doorways, stairway and/or elevator. We can only deliver above the ground floor if there is access to a lift, enough safe space access, or if the item weighs less than 75kg. Koskela can’t be held liable if your product can’t be delivered into your home.

We want your art to share its’ stories and vibrance for generations. That’s why we take extreme care when dispatching, which means the cost is custom to each piece and calculated at checkout.

  • Artworks dispatched within 3-5 business days from date of order

These pieces have been made with extra care and should be treated as such en route to their new home. That’s why we only work with the best shipping partners like DHL and Australia Post.

As the creators of the Quadrant Soft Sofa, we are big proponents of a mix-and-match lifestyle. That’s why we’ve designed a shipping profile for the just that.  

  • If you have placed an order for made-to-order furniture and ready-to-ship-items, your order will be sent together when your furniture is ready

International 

We offer trackable international shipping only on homewares products online. Artwork, furniture, rugs and lighting are currently unavailable for sale outside of Australia. Please contact our retail team at info@koskela.com.au for any specific international requests. 

All international orders are sent via Australia Post. You will receive tracking details regarding the status of your shipping, from dispatch to delivery. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse.

Please be aware, you may be liable for customs or duties taxes in line with those in the Country in which you reside. Koskela does not take responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed by your local government.

International Rates:

  • Homewares: 
    - NZ - $25
    - Rest of world - $60

We do not ship artwork, rugs, lighting or furniture outside of Australia.

Returns/Refund Policy

We understand that shopping online can be tough sometimes!

We accept returns on all full priced items, excluding Made-to-Order furniture, rugs, art and *social impact items. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your item/s within 30 days of receipt for a credit note or refund to your original payment method. 

If an item is damaged/faulty, wrongly described or different from the style shown we will provide a refund or exchange. Gift cards are excluded from this policy. 

Sale products and all Koskela Imperfects are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.

Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns for ‘change of mind’ are at a customers own expense. 

For International returns please use a reliable and trackable delivery service, as Koskela will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

*Social Impact products are items made in collaboration with art centres across Australia. These include our Tili Wiru, Kapu Minaral, Yuta Badayala, Yutta Dugitj and Gurrwilinywirriy Mundan lighting.

How To Return:

If your return meets our policy above please log your return request via the Returns portal here

Please note for all 'change of mind' returns a $10 returns fee will be deducted from your refund once your item(s) are received and processed by our dispatch team.

Please note the returns portal is only for domestic returns within Australia. For International returns please use a reliable and trackable delivery service, as Koskela will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

We do our best to ensure all items are quality controlled prior to dispatch. 

In the case that something is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible at info@koskela.com.au and then lodge your return using the portal above. Please also include a brief description of the fault.

Refunds:

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.

If your original payment method was via one of our partners, Afterpay, Klarna or Laybuy your refund will be credited to your account.
