AfterCare™
Koskela products can be serviced to keep them looking like new and extend their life. Components are repairable or replaceable, so you can swap out a part rather than having to repurchase the whole. In most cases, this maintenance can happen onsite, reducing disruption and delays.

Koskela has ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Assurance and ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management certification. This certification provides independent verification to our stakeholders and customers that Koskela is committed to quality and improving environmental performance.

GECA is an Australian-based certification scheme, which ensures that products and services have a reduced environmental impact throughout their lifecycle. Qualifying Koskela products contribute towards environmental project schemes such as Green Star, LEED and WELL.

The Jacob Series was born from our desire to humanise workplaces, fostering mindfulness through functional and inspirational office furnishings. We understand that the environment in which we work profoundly impacts our well-being and productivity. With Jacob, we aim to bring a positive change to the workplace.
From its humble beginnings as a contemporary sofa with a twist in 2017, Jacob has evolved into a comprehensive line of commercial furniture tailored for the modern hybrid workplace. From armchairs to hideaways, phone booths to collaboration retreats and modular work-hubs, the Jacob Series seamlessly combines functionality with style, fostering collaboration and focus. It offers both visual and acoustic separation, cocooning individuals in open-plan spaces.
What also sets Jacob apart is its commitment to sustainability and longevity. With removable covers and a structure designed for easy repairs, it is built to last. It’s flat pack design saves on shipping costs and emissions too. Australian-made, all Jacob products are also certified by Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA), an independent not-for-profit eco-labelling program.
