At Koskela we believe that relationships are key. The Project Coordinator is a pivotal role for the successful delivery of projects to ensure we meet schedules and budgets by communicating to internal teams and production partners. Our clients are leading corporations, educational institutions, and residential clients both nationally and internationally.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for running production processes by performing various administrative tasks and liaising with production partners; organising reporting and providing updates to the internal teams. You will schedule design resources and source the right production partners to fulfil projects to Koskela standards. To be successful you must be extremely organised, with strong attention to detail, and possess the ability to respond quickly and problem solve.
