Store Manager

Koskela is on the hunt for a store manager for our brand new store! We are moving on from our Rosebery premises to a jaw-dropping location and have spent months making preparations for an exciting retail concept that you can be at the heart of.

We are looking towards a new era for the Koskela brand, one that focuses on impact. The difference we can make socially, forging relationships with First Nations peoples, and environmentally, transitioning our products to a lifecycle model. If you want to work for a business that is genuinely making a difference we need you to share our stories and communicate to customers the value embodied in all our products.

This role is suited to someone who is great with people; both to create a warm and welcoming environment for customers, and to lead and motivate a team of three full-time Home consultants. We need someone with at least three years' experience managing a sales team. Ideally you will also have a passion for Australian interior design.
