Originally one of Koskela's most sought-after designs, these Vintage Kilim Bean Bags are back for a limited time through Rehome. No longer in production, each pre-loved bean bag is a rare opportunity to own an iconic piece of Koskela design history.
Crafted from authentic vintage Turkish kilim textiles, every bean bag is completely unique. We discovered these beautifully woven rag rugs during a sourcing trip through Turkey. Too delicate for use as floor rugs yet too substantial to be blankets, their rich colours, textured weave and striking stripes deserved a second life.
Rather than letting these incredible textiles go to waste, we transformed them into what became one of our most loved products. Finished with contrasting hand stitching and a signature leather pull tab, each bean bag celebrates thoughtful craftsmanship, circular design and the beauty of reclaimed materials.
These pre-loved pieces are in great condition, with no obvious flaws.
Because every textile is vintage, no two bean bags are the same.
Please note: The beanbag is the cover only. We recommend filling them with 300L of Envee Beans - an Australian company who manufactures bio-based beanbag fill.
