Situated within Melbourne’s iconic Rialto Tower at 525 Collins Street, Hall & Wilcox’s relocation was an opportunity to re-calibrate the firm in a highly competitive legal services market and differentiate itself as agile and innovative. 

The primary design challenge was balancing the requirement for privacy and confidentiality with the firm’s desire to move towards more team-orientated spaces, all within an open plan environment.  

Koskela worked with Woods Bagot to create a menu of work settings comprising a mix of collaborative spaces and a variety of quiet, concentrative working environments that featured Koskela Hoodies TM, PBS tables, custom designed screened work points and even a ping pong table.
