Slate is a deep charcoal, near-black ceramic glaze from the We Ponder Collection, designed for interiors that embrace raw materials and moody, architectural spaces. Inspired by Tasmanian architecture and the rugged local landscape, Slate pairs beautifully with timber, stone and darker palettes.
Each piece is slip-cast and kiln-fired, creating subtle variations of mottled copper and chocolate tones unique to every batch. In direct sunlight, the surface reveals a soft metallic shimmer. A custom-designed electrical back plate ensures a clean, secure wall fit while maintaining the integrity of its handmade finish.
