This entertainment unit is designed to house all the bits and pieces that we have around our TVs. Sandwiched between two solid Victorian Ash planks are boxes for storage and display that offer a range of configurations. At the back, the boxes have a gap for ventilation and for cords to connect to power. Combining clean low lines and the natural warmth of timber, Toolangi is a sophisticated option for living areas that seek to tone down the presence of technology. The timber will vary from batch to batch as it’s a natural product with variations in colour tone and grain.
The name Toolangi means tall trees in Taungurong language group. Victorian Ash (also called Tasmanian Oak) is also the tallest flowering plant on earth.
