About this product
Bunji Mobile Screen — A Flexible Friend for Focused Learning
Bunji is a mobile screen designed to foster focus, collaboration and creativity in dynamic classroom environments. Thoughtfully scaled for young learners, the screen’s oval shape and friendly proportions make it approachable, while the birch laminate feet allow for easy manoeuvrability by students and educators alike.
True to its name—Bunji means "friend" in the Warlpiri Aboriginal language of the Northern Territory—this screen is a flexible companion in the classroom. Whether facilitating quiet, independent work or acting as a collaborative hub for small groups, Bunji helps to create calm and purposeful zones in open-plan spaces.
Each side of the Bunji screen supports different modes of learning:
-
One side features Autex Cube™, a semi-rigid acoustic pinboard panel that absorbs sound and contains a minimum of 45% post-consumer recycled PET, helping reduce classroom noise while enabling display and brainstorming activities.
-
The other side is a ceramic, magnetic whiteboard that resists ghosting and yellowing, offering a high-performance surface for writing and presenting.
The lightweight construction and nesting design make it easy to move and store multiple screens, while the darker-coloured outer handle edge minimises visible marks from frequent use. This multifunctional screen has been developed to support the collaborative skills, flexibility and focus that modern classrooms demand.

A portion of proceeds from the sale of this product go towards the Ginda Barri program at the Macleay Valley Workplace Learning Centre (MVWLC) in Kempsey. This program offers support for student mums, a high proportion who identify as First Nations, to continue their high school education.
AfterCare™
Koskela products can be serviced to keep them looking like new and extend their life. Components are repairable or replaceable, so you can swap out a part rather than having to repurchase the whole. In most cases, this maintenance can happen onsite, reducing disruption and delays.
Continuously improving
