Shipping policy

Australian Deliveries:

For our valued customers within Australia, please review shipping fees on our dedicated shipping and returns page. If you're within 20km of our Artarmon Warehouse, enjoy the convenience of our local delivery service for Sydney Metro customers. Alternatively, during checkout, opt for pickup from our North Sydney showroom.

We meticulously pack your orders with care and dispatch from our Sydney warehouse on the same business day we receive your online order unless the items is made-to-order. Our selected courier services and Australia Post ensure a reliable delivery process.

You'll be provided with tracking details to monitor your shipment's status from dispatch to delivery. By default, deliveries are set to 'Authority to Leave' unless otherwise specified by the customer. If you prefer a signed delivery, simply uncheck the 'Authority to Leave' option in your cart or leave a note in 'Special Instructions' during checkout. Furniture is shipped fully assembled and not flat packed and therefore will not be left unattended.

Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch, an additional 1-2 business days for metropolitan deliveries, and 2-4 days for regional deliveries within Australia. You'll receive an email confirmation with delivery tracking as soon as your order leaves Koskela. Track your order through Shippit, Australia Post, or the selected courier. While we aim for efficiency, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

International Deliveries:

For our international customers, we offer trackable shipping for select online products. Unfortunately, furniture, rugs, and large lighting products are currently available only for purchase within Australia. If you have specific international requests, please contact our retail team at info@koskela.com.au.

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post. You'll receive comprehensive tracking details to monitor your shipment from dispatch to delivery. Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse and an additional 5-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Be mindful that customs or duties taxes may apply in your country of residence. Koskela is not responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or additional fees imposed by your local government.
