Refund policy

We understand that shopping online can be tough sometimes!

We accept returns on all full priced items, excluding Made-to-Order furniture, rugs, art and *social impact items. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your item/s within 30 days of receipt for a credit note or refund to your original payment method. 

If an item is damaged/faulty, wrongly described or different from the style shown we will provide a refund or exchange. Gift cards are excluded from this policy. 

Sale products and all Koskela Imperfects are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.

Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns for ‘change of mind’ are at a customers own expense. 

For International returns please use a reliable and trackable delivery service, as Koskela will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

*Social Impact products are items made in collaboration with art centres across Australia, as well as products made by First Nations peoples. These include our Tili Wiru, Kapu Minaral, Yuta Badayala, Yutta Dugitj and Gurrwilinywirriy Mundan lighting, ceramics, cushions, Dali dyalgala range, artwork and baskets.

Please note for all 'change of mind' returns a $10 returns fee will be deducted from your refund once your item(s) are received and processed by our dispatch team.
