The specified lead time applies to metro locations throughout Australia. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee this lead-time for customers living in non-metro areas and Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. We can only deliver above the ground floor if there is access to a lift, enough safe space access, or if the item weighs less than 75kg. Koskela can’t be held liable if your product can’t be delivered into your home.
