The Piet Towel, with its bold colours and eye-catching design, pays homage to the contemporary artists that helped usher art into the 20th century and will look like art in your home. 

Kontex was Established in 1934 in the famous Imabari Shikoku region of Japan. Since then, Kontex has been proudly designing and producing original textile products using traditional weaving machines and considered plant fibres. This process brings out the natural softness of the materials and makes these towels as soft and silky as cashmere, yet durable enough for everyday use, highly absorbent and quick-drying.

Kontex bath towels

I love the Kontex bath towels so much, the grid pattern is a classic too. Fast to dry and soft to use. My only complaint is they arrived with no tissue or even plastic around them and no receipt. Just thrown in a post bag, not even nicely folded. These are special towels (hence the price) a little bit of tissue would have been nice. A receipt nicer!
