Delivery costs depend on your location and will be calculated at the checkout. Koskela’s made-to-order products are delivered with a white-glove service.
A white-glove service means your furniture is carefully wrapped in the factory, picked up by our delivery team and transported to your home. It will be carried inside and placed where you want it. If the product is delivered un-assembled, our delivery team will assemble it for you. Finally, the product will be unwrapped, and we will take the wrapping when we leave.
Before purchasing a made-to-order product please make sure we can get it into your home! We provide the dimensions and weights for all made-to-order products. Check these against the measurements for your doorways, stairway and/or elevator. We can only deliver above the ground floor if there is access to a lift, enough safe space access, or if the item weighs less than 75kg. Koskela can’t be held liable if your product can’t be delivered into your home. Any questions? Contact Koskela customer service.
At the core of Koskela’s enviro conscious policy is our commitment to make high-quality products that last for years and can be repaired if something goes wrong. Our products are designed to be the highest standards of quality and functionality. While we believe our furniture will last as long as possible, if something does go wrong, we are here to help.
All Koskela products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of normal and proper usage for 7 years from the date of purchase—this warranty transfers to whoever owns the product. After this time, if something does go wrong, you can contact Koskela customer service and we’ll let you know if we can fix it for a reasonable cost.
Once you've placed an order, you can't change it or cancel it after 7 days as we will have already started working on your made-to-order pieces, but you can contact Koskela customer service to amend your contact and delivery details.
The specified lead time applies to metro locations throughout Australia. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee this lead-time for customers living in non-metro areas and Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. For customers in these locations our customer service team will provide you with an accurate lead-time once you place an order.
